純(chun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),如(ru)用工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與鈦白(bai)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)與氮氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與高(gao)純(chun)超(chao)細的(de)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆(long));用輕質(zhi)碳酸鈣與工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)酸鈣;用鈦白(bai)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)在流動氨氣(qi)效果下,原(yuan)位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資(zi)料(liao)(liao)等。
所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料,就是將兩種或(huo)兩種以上的天然礦藏質料或(huo)化(hua)工(gong)質料或(huo)廢棄(qi)物(wu),通過配(pei)料、粉碎,磨(mo)細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或(huo)電熔等(deng)工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學礦藏組成(cheng)(cheng)和物(wu)理性能(neng)的耐火質料。
