所謂組成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種(zhong)或兩種(zhong)以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)或化工質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄(qi)物,通過(guo)配(pei)料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合(he),成型(xing),煅(duan)燒或電(dian)熔(rong)等工藝進(jin)程,合(he)成鎂(mei)鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏組成和物理(li)性(xing)能的耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)。組成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)的品種(zhong)繁(fan)復,組成辦法多種(zhong)多樣,大體簡(jian)略介紹(shao):

 純化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)之間組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁與鈦(tai)白粉組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)(suan)鋁;鋁粉與氮氣化(hua)合組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)鋁);工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁與高純超細的(de)氮化(hua)鋁粉組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳(tan)酸(suan)(suan)鈣與工(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁,按CA6的(de)CaO與Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學計量比例配料(liao),組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六鋁酸(suan)(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)白粉和金屬鋁粉在流動氨氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資(zi)料(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料,就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或兩(liang)種(zhong)以(yi)上的(de)天(tian)然礦藏質(zhi)料或化工質(zhi)料或廢棄物,通過配料、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混(hun)合(he),成型,煅燒或電熔(rong)等(deng)工藝進程(cheng),合(he)成鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必定(ding)化學礦藏組(zu)成和物理性能的(de)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料。
