所(suo)謂(wei)組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料,就是將兩種或(huo)兩種以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進(jin)程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂制取必(bi)定化(hua)學礦藏組成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料。組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料的品種繁復,組成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多種多樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)(hua)工質料之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質料,如用(yong)(yong)工業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合(he)組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高(gao)純超細(xi)的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆(long));用(yong)(yong)輕質碳酸鈣與(yu)(yu)工業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)計量比例配料,組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)(yong)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉(fen)和(he)金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨(an)氣效果(guo)下(xia),原位(wei)生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資料等(deng)。

所謂組(zu)成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就(jiu)是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通(tong)過配(pei)料(liao)(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨(mo)細,混合(he),成型,煅燒(shao)或(huo)電熔(rong)等工藝進(jin)程,合(he)成鎂鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取(qu)必定化(hua)學礦藏組(zu)成和物(wu)理(li)性能的耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
