所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就(jiu)是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)以(yi)上的天然(ran)礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄(qi)物(wu)(wu),通過(guo)配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進(jin)程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制(zhi)取必(bi)定化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物(wu)(wu)理性能的耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的品種(zhong)繁復,組(zu)成(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣,大(da)體(ti)簡略(lve)介紹:

 純化工(gong)(gong)質料(liao)之間組(zu)(zu)成耐火質料(liao),如用工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)鈦白粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)氮氣(qi)化合(he)組(zu)(zu)成AIN(氮化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)高(gao)純超細(xi)的(de)氮化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成Alon(阿隆);用輕質碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)業氧(yang)化鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)化學計量(liang)比例配(pei)料(liao),組(zu)(zu)成六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用鈦白粉(fen)和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在(zai)流動(dong)氨(an)氣(qi)效果下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等(deng)。

所謂(wei)組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料,就是(shi)將兩種(zhong)或(huo)(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)(huo)化工質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)(huo)廢(fei)棄物(wu),通(tong)過(guo)配料、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)(huo)電熔(rong)等工藝進程(cheng),合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物(wu)理性(xing)能(neng)的耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料。
