所(suo)謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就(jiu)是(shi)將兩種或兩種以(yi)上的(de)(de)天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或化(hua)工質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄物(wu),通過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細(xi),混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或電熔等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)和物(wu)理性能(neng)的(de)(de)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的(de)(de)品種繁(fan)復(fu),組成(cheng)辦(ban)法多(duo)(duo)種多(duo)(duo)樣(yang),大(da)體簡略介(jie)紹(shao):

 純化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)料之(zhi)間組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料,如用工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)鋁與鈦(tai)白(bai)粉組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸鋁;鋁粉與氮氣(qi)化(hua)合組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)鋁);工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)鋁與高(gao)純超(chao)細的(de)氮化(hua)鋁粉組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕(qing)質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸鈣(gai)與工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)鋁,按CA6的(de)CaO與Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學計量比例配料,組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁酸鈣(gai);用鈦(tai)白(bai)粉和(he)金屬鋁粉在流動氨氣(qi)效果下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資料等。

所謂組成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao),就是將兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以(yi)上(shang)的天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢棄物(wu)(wu),通過配料(liao)(liao)(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒(shao)或(huo)電熔(rong)等工藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必(bi)定化(hua)學(xue)礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)和物(wu)(wu)理(li)性(xing)能的耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。
