純化(hua)(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)之間組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)工業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)(yu)鈦(tai)白粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)(yu)(yu)氮氣化(hua)(hua)合(he)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)(yu)高純超(chao)細的(de)氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)(yu)(yu)工業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比(bi)例配料(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)白粉(fen)和(he)金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流(liu)動氨氣效果下,原位生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等。
所謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將(jiang)兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的(de)天然(ran)礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通過配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和物(wu)理(li)性能的(de)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)。
