所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種或(huo)(huo)兩種以上的天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)化工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒(shao)或(huo)(huo)電熔(rong)等(deng)工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必(bi)定化學礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)的品(pin)種繁復,組成(cheng)(cheng)辦法(fa)多(duo)種多(duo)樣,大(da)體(ti)簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料(liao)(liao)之間(jian)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質料(liao)(liao),如用工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白粉組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉與(yu)氮(dan)(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)高純超細的氮(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)粉組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕(qing)質碳(tan)酸鈣與(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)酸鈣;用鈦(tai)白粉和(he)金(jin)屬鋁(lv)粉在(zai)流(liu)動氨氣效果(guo)下,原(yuan)位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資料(liao)(liao)等。

所(suo)謂(wei)組成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao),就(jiu)是(shi)將兩(liang)種或兩(liang)種以上的(de)天然(ran)礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)或化工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混(hun)合,成型(xing),煅燒(shao)或電熔(rong)等工(gong)藝進(jin)程,合成鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制(zhi)取必(bi)定化學礦藏組成和物理性(xing)能的(de)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)。
