所謂組(zu)成耐火(huo)質料,就是將兩種(zhong)(zhong)或兩種(zhong)(zhong)以上的天(tian)然礦藏(zang)質料或化(hua)工質料或廢(fei)棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混合,成型,煅燒或電熔等工藝進程,合成鎂鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必定(ding)化(hua)學(xue)礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和物理性(xing)能(neng)的耐火(huo)質料。組(zu)成耐火(huo)質料的品種(zhong)(zhong)繁復,組(zu)成辦法多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)多(duo)樣,大體(ti)簡(jian)略介紹:

 純(chun)化(hua)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)料之(zhi)間(jian)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)料,如用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)與鈦(tai)白(bai)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉與氮氣化(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv)與高純(chun)超細(xi)的氮化(hua)鋁(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆(long));用(yong)(yong)輕質(zhi)(zhi)碳酸鈣與工(gong)(gong)業氧化(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)學計量(liang)比例配料,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)(yong)鈦(tai)白(bai)粉和(he)金屬鋁(lv)粉在流動氨氣效果下(xia),原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資料等。

所謂組成耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是(shi)將兩(liang)(liang)種或兩(liang)(liang)種以(yi)上(shang)的(de)天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或廢棄物,通過配(pei)料(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成型,煅燒或電熔等工藝進程,合(he)成鎂鐵(tie)鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學礦藏組成和物理性能的(de)耐(nai)火(huo)(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
