所謂組(zu)成耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就是(shi)將(jiang)兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以上(shang)的天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合,成型(xing),煅(duan)燒(shao)或(huo)電(dian)熔等工藝進程,合成鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取(qu)必定化學礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和物理性(xing)能的耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組(zu)成耐火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的品種(zhong)繁復,組(zu)成辦法(fa)多(duo)種(zhong)多(duo)樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料之(zhi)間組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料,如用(yong)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與(yu)氮氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純超細的(de)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕(qing)質碳酸鈣與(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比(bi)例(li)配料,組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣效果下,原(yuan)位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等。

所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是將兩種或兩種以上的(de)天然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或化工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或廢(fei)棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨(mo)細,混合(he),成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或電熔等工藝進(jin)程(cheng),合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂(sha)制取必定(ding)化學礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)(cheng)和物理(li)性(xing)能的(de)耐(nai)(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
