 可(ke)用(yong)天然礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)藏質料(liao)(liao)(liao)本身(shen)之間的檔次不同配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)，如莫(mo)來石(shi)，也(ye)可(ke)不同天然礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)藏質料(liao)(liao)(liao)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)，如用(yong)高(gao)鋁(lv)礬(fan)土與(yu)鋯英(ying)石(shi)精礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鋯莫(mo)來石(shi);高(gao)鋁(lv)礬(fan)土與(yu)菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鋁(lv)鎂(mei)尖晶(jing)(jing)石(shi);菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)與(yu)白云(yun)石(shi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鈣砂(sha);用(yong)高(gao)鈣菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)與(yu)鐵(tie)精礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵(tie)鈣砂(sha);菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)與(yu)鋯英(ying)石(shi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鋯砂(sha);葉(xie)蠟石(shi)與(yu)滑石(shi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)堇青石(shi);用(yong)菱(ling)鎂(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)與(yu)二級高(gao)鋁(lv)礬(fan)土熟料(liao)(liao)(liao)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)，焦炭作(zuo)為還原劑，通過碳熱還原氮化組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)Sialon—尖晶(jing)(jing)石(shi)復相資料(liao)(liao)(liao);藍晶(jing)(jing)石(shi)與(yu)石(shi)墨(mo)配(pei)(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)，原位組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)AlN—SiC復相資料(liao)(liao)(liao)等。

所謂(wei)組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)，就(jiu)是將兩種或(huo)(huo)兩種以上的(de)天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄物，通過(guo)配(pei)料(liao)(liao)(liao)、粉碎，磨細，混合，成(cheng)(cheng)型，煅(duan)燒或(huo)(huo)電(dian)熔等工藝進程，合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂(sha)制取(qu)必定化(hua)學礦藏組成(cheng)(cheng)和(he)物理性能(neng)的(de)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。組成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)品種繁(fan)復，組成(cheng)(cheng)辦(ban)法多(duo)種多(duo)樣，大體(ti)簡略介紹：

 純(chun)(chun)化(hua)(hua)工質料(liao)之(zhi)間組成(cheng)耐火質料(liao)，如用(yong)工業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁與(yu)鈦白粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組成(cheng)鈦酸(suan)鋁;鋁粉(fen)(fen)(fen)與(yu)氮(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)合(he)組成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁);工業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁與(yu)高純(chun)(chun)超細的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁粉(fen)(fen)(fen)組成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣與(yu)工業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁，按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料(liao)，組成(cheng)六鋁酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦白粉(fen)(fen)(fen)和金屬鋁粉(fen)(fen)(fen)在流動氨氣效果下，原(yuan)位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質料(liao)，就是(shi)將兩(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)以(yi)上的(de)天然礦藏質料(liao)或(huo)化工質料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物，通過配(pei)料(liao)、粉碎(sui)，磨細，混合(he)(he)，成(cheng)型，煅燒或(huo)電熔等(deng)工藝進程，合(he)(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物理(li)性能的(de)耐火質料(liao)。
