所(suo)謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質料(liao)(liao),就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)或(huo)(huo)兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)以上的天然礦藏質料(liao)(liao)或(huo)(huo)化(hua)工質料(liao)(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂制取(qu)必(bi)定化(hua)學礦藏組(zu)成(cheng)和物理性能的耐(nai)火(huo)質料(liao)(liao)。組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質料(liao)(liao)的品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)繁(fan)復,組(zu)成(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)多樣,大體簡略(lve)介紹:

 純化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質料(liao)之間組(zu)成耐火質料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦(tai)白粉組(zu)成鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉與(yu)(yu)氮氣(qi)化(hua)合組(zu)成AIN(氮化(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv)與(yu)(yu)高(gao)純超細的(de)(de)氮化(hua)鋁(lv)粉組(zu)成Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧化(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的(de)(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)(de)化(hua)學計量比例配料(liao),組(zu)成六鋁(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)白粉和金屬鋁(lv)粉在流動氨氣(qi)效果下(xia),原位生(sheng)成Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成耐火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將(jiang)兩種或(huo)(huo)兩種以(yi)上的天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)(huo)電(dian)熔等工藝進程,合成鎂鐵鈣砂制取(qu)必定(ding)化(hua)學礦藏(zang)組(zu)成和物理性能的耐火質(zhi)料(liao)。
