所(suo)謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料,就是將兩種或(huo)兩種以上(shang)的(de)天然礦藏質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)化工質(zhi)(zhi)料或(huo)廢(fei)棄物(wu),通過配料、粉碎(sui),磨細,混合,成(cheng)型(xing),煅燒(shao)或(huo)電熔(rong)等工藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂制取(qu)必定化學礦藏組成(cheng)和物(wu)理性(xing)能的(de)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料。組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)(zhi)料的(de)品(pin)種繁復,組成(cheng)辦法多種多樣,大體簡(jian)略(lve)介紹:
純化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料(liao)(liao)(liao)之間組(zu)成耐(nai)火(huo)質料(liao)(liao)(liao),如用工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦白粉組(zu)成鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)(yu)氮氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高(gao)純超細的(de)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成Alon(阿隆);用輕質碳酸鈣與(yu)(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按(an)CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料(liao)(liao)(liao),組(zu)成六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用鈦白粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉在流動(dong)氨氣效(xiao)果下,原位生成Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)(liao)等(deng)。
所謂組成耐火質料,就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或兩(liang)種(zhong)以上的天然(ran)礦(kuang)藏質料或化(hua)工(gong)質料或廢棄物,通過配料、粉碎,磨細,混合(he),成型,煅燒或電熔等工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂制取必(bi)定化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組成和物理性(xing)能的耐火質料。
