所謂組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao),就是(shi)將兩種(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)以(yi)上的天然礦(kuang)藏(zang)質料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)化工質料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)、粉碎,磨細(xi),混合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔(rong)等(deng)工藝(yi)進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂制取必定化學礦(kuang)藏(zang)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的耐火質料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)。組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的品種(zhong)繁復,組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣,大體簡(jian)略(lve)介紹:

 純(chun)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料之(zhi)間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質料,如用工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)(yu)鈦(tai)白粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)鈦(tai)酸鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)與(yu)(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)(yu)高純(chun)超細的氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用輕質碳酸鈣與(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)業(ye)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),按CA6的CaO與(yu)(yu)(yu)Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計量比例(li)配料,組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用鈦(tai)白粉(fen)(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)(fen)在流動氨氣(qi)效果(guo)下(xia),原(yuan)位生成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資料等。

所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩(liang)種或兩(liang)種以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)或化工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)或廢棄物,通過(guo)配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細(xi),混合(he)(he),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或電熔等工(gong)藝進程(cheng),合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵鈣砂(sha)制(zhi)取必(bi)定化學(xue)礦藏組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的耐火質(zhi)料(liao)。
