純化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)之間組(zu)成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)鈦白粉組(zu)成(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)(yu)氮(dan)氣(qi)化(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)(yu)高純超(chao)細的(de)氮(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)Alon(阿隆(long));用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸鈣與(yu)(yu)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)學計量(liang)比例配料(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)鈦白粉和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉在(zai)流動氨氣(qi)效果下,原位生(sheng)成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復(fu)相資(zi)料(liao)等。
所謂組成耐(nai)火質料(liao),就(jiu)是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上(shang)的天然礦藏質料(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工質料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物(wu),通過配(pei)料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成型(xing),煅燒(shao)或(huo)電(dian)熔(rong)等工藝進程(cheng),合成鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取(qu)必定化(hua)學礦藏組成和物(wu)理性能的耐(nai)火質料(liao)。
