 純化工質料(liao)(liao)之(zhi)間組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料(liao)(liao),如用(yong)工業氧化鋁與(yu)鈦(tai)(tai)白粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)(tai)酸鋁;鋁粉(fen)與(yu)氮氣(qi)化合(he)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化鋁);工業氧化鋁與(yu)高(gao)純超細的氮化鋁粉(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆(long));用(yong)輕(qing)質碳(tan)酸鈣與(yu)工業氧化鋁,按CA6的CaO與(yu)Al?O?的化學(xue)計量比例(li)配料(liao)(liao),組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁酸鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)(tai)白粉(fen)和金屬(shu)鋁粉(fen)在流動(dong)氨氣(qi)效果下,原(yuan)位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)(liao)等(deng)。

所謂(wei)組(zu)(zu)成耐(nai)火質料(liao)(liao),就(jiu)是將(jiang)兩種或兩種以(yi)上的天然(ran)礦(kuang)藏質料(liao)(liao)或化(hua)工質料(liao)(liao)或廢棄物,通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉(fen)碎(sui),磨細(xi),混(hun)合(he),成型,煅燒(shao)或電熔(rong)等工藝進程,合(he)成鎂鐵(tie)鈣(gai)砂制取必定化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組(zu)(zu)成和物理性(xing)能的耐(nai)火質料(liao)(liao)。
