所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種(zhong)(zhong)或(huo)兩種(zhong)(zhong)以(yi)上的天然礦藏(zang)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢(fei)棄(qi)物,通過配(pei)料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨細(xi),混合,成(cheng)型(xing),煅燒或(huo)電熔(rong)等工藝(yi)進程(cheng),合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學(xue)礦藏(zang)組(zu)成(cheng)和物理性能的耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)。組(zu)成(cheng)耐(nai)(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)料(liao)的品種(zhong)(zhong)繁(fan)復,組(zu)成(cheng)辦法多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)多(duo)樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)之間(jian)組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與鈦白(bai)粉(fen)組成(cheng)鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)與氮氣化(hua)(hua)合組成(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)與高純超細的氮化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)組成(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕(qing)質(zhi)碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣與工(gong)業氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),按(an)CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學計量比例配料(liao),組成(cheng)六(liu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)和(he)金屬(shu)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)粉(fen)在流動氨氣效果下,原位生(sheng)成(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資(zi)料(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成(cheng)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料,就是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上的(de)天然礦藏(zang)(zang)質(zhi)料或(huo)化工(gong)質(zhi)料或(huo)廢棄物,通(tong)過配料、粉碎,磨細,混(hun)合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔等(deng)工(gong)藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制取(qu)必(bi)定化學(xue)礦藏(zang)(zang)組(zu)成(cheng)和物理性能的(de)耐火(huo)質(zhi)料。
