所謂組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質料(liao),就是將兩(liang)種(zhong)或兩(liang)種(zhong)以上的(de)天然礦藏(zang)質料(liao)或化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料(liao)或廢棄物,通過(guo)配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或電熔(rong)等工(gong)藝進程,合成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣(gai)砂(sha)制取必定化(hua)(hua)學礦藏(zang)組成(cheng)和物理性能的(de)耐(nai)火(huo)質料(liao)。組成(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質料(liao)的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)繁復,組成(cheng)辦法多種(zhong)多樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純(chun)化(hua)工(gong)質(zhi)料之(zhi)間組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料,如用(yong)工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)鈦(tai)白(bai)(bai)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦(tai)酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與(yu)氮氣化(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與(yu)高純(chun)超細的(de)氮化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質(zhi)碳酸(suan)鈣與(yu)工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與(yu)Al?O?的(de)化(hua)學計(ji)量比例(li)配料,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣;用(yong)鈦(tai)白(bai)(bai)粉和金(jin)屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉在(zai)流動(dong)氨氣效果下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相(xiang)資料等(deng)。

所謂(wei)組成(cheng)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是將兩種或(huo)兩種以上(shang)的天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)廢(fei)棄物,通過配(pei)料(liao)(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)電熔(rong)等工藝(yi)進程,合成(cheng)鎂(mei)鐵(tie)鈣砂制(zhi)取必(bi)定化(hua)學礦藏組成(cheng)和物理(li)性能(neng)的耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
