所謂組成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩種(zhong)或(huo)(huo)兩種(zhong)以上(shang)的(de)天然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)化(hua)工質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎(sui),磨(mo)細,混合,成型(xing),煅燒或(huo)(huo)電熔(rong)等(deng)工藝進(jin)程,合成鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定化(hua)學礦(kuang)藏組成和物理性(xing)能的(de)耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)。組成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)的(de)品(pin)種(zhong)繁復,組成辦法多種(zhong)多樣,大體簡略介紹:

 純化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料之間(jian)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐火質料,如用(yong)工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與鈦白(bai)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv);鋁(lv)(lv)粉與氮氣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv));工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)與高純超細的(de)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)粉組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿隆);用(yong)輕質碳(tan)酸(suan)鈣(gai)與工(gong)業氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv),按CA6的(de)CaO與Al?O?的(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學(xue)計量比例(li)配(pei)料,組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)(lv)酸(suan)鈣(gai);用(yong)鈦白(bai)粉和金屬鋁(lv)(lv)粉在流動氨氣效果(guo)下,原位生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料等(deng)。

所(suo)謂組成(cheng)耐火質(zhi)料,就(jiu)是將兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)或(huo)(huo)兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)以上的(de)天(tian)然礦(kuang)藏質(zhi)料或(huo)(huo)化工(gong)質(zhi)料或(huo)(huo)廢棄物,通過配(pei)料、粉碎(sui),磨(mo)細(xi),混合(he),成(cheng)型,煅燒或(huo)(huo)電(dian)熔等工(gong)藝進程,合(he)成(cheng)鎂鐵鈣砂制取必定(ding)化學礦(kuang)藏組成(cheng)和(he)物理性能的(de)耐火質(zhi)料。
