所謂組成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao),就是將兩(liang)種或(huo)兩(liang)種以上的天然礦藏(zang)(zang)質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)化工質(zhi)料(liao)或(huo)廢棄物,通過配料(liao)、粉碎,磨細,混合,成(cheng)(cheng)型,煅(duan)燒或(huo)電熔等工藝進程,合成(cheng)(cheng)鎂鐵(tie)鈣(gai)砂制取必定化學(xue)礦藏(zang)(zang)組成(cheng)(cheng)和物理性能的耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)。組成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火(huo)質(zhi)料(liao)的品種繁復,組成(cheng)(cheng)辦(ban)法多(duo)種多(duo)樣,大(da)體簡(jian)略介紹:

 純(chun)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)質料(liao)之間組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)火質料(liao),如用(yong)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與鈦白(bai)粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)鈦酸鋁(lv);鋁(lv)粉(fen)與氮(dan)(dan)氣化(hua)(hua)合(he)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)AIN(氮(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv));工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)與高純(chun)超細的氮(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)粉(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)Alon(阿(a)隆(long));用(yong)輕質碳酸鈣與工(gong)業(ye)(ye)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv),按CA6的CaO與Al?O?的化(hua)(hua)學(xue)計(ji)量比(bi)例配料(liao),組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)六鋁(lv)酸鈣;用(yong)鈦白(bai)粉(fen)和金屬鋁(lv)粉(fen)在流(liu)動氨氣效(xiao)果下,原位生成(cheng)(cheng)Al?O?-TiN復相資料(liao)等。

所謂組(zu)成耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao),就是(shi)將(jiang)兩種(zhong)或(huo)(huo)兩種(zhong)以上的天然礦藏質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)(huo)化工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)或(huo)(huo)廢棄物(wu),通過配料(liao)(liao)、粉(fen)碎,磨(mo)細,混(hun)合(he),成型(xing),煅燒或(huo)(huo)電熔等工(gong)(gong)藝進程(cheng),合(he)成鎂鐵鈣砂(sha)制(zhi)取必定化學(xue)礦藏組(zu)成和物(wu)理性能的耐(nai)火質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)。
